Public Health Update: Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Last updated: October 7, 2021
The ASO will continue to follow federal, state, and local guidance as it pertains to COVID-19. This guidance may change between now and the concert date. Currently, the guidance recommends that individuals, vaccinated and non-vaccinated, wear face masks in indoor public spaces.
We will communicate about any changes to our safety measures with as much advance notice as possible. All ticket holders will be notified of current safety protocols via email prior to each concert. Please contact our Ticket Office at (517) 264-3121 or info@adriansymphony.org with any questions.
Ticketing Information
You have a couple of options:
- You can donate the value of your unused ticket(s) to the ASO. This donation helps the ASO to continue to plan and perform concerts into the future. You will be given a receipt for the value of the donation.
- You can choose another concert to attend. Receive a voucher in exchange for your tickets which can be redeemed for the upcoming concert of your choice. Valid through the end of the 2020-2021 season.
- You could share your love of the orchestra. Gift your tickets to a friend, someone special, or perhaps an essential worker.
- You can ask for a ticket reimbursement. We don't typically offer refunds on ticket purchases, but understand that these are challenging times for many.
For assistance with any of the above ticketing options or if you have any other questions, please contact us directly at info@adriansymphony.org. We are excited to talk with you!
