Public Health Update: Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Last updated: June 29, 2020

We want to thank all of our patrons and supporters for your patience as we push pause on the season for the time being. We would love nothing more than to be able to perform concerts for you right now, but, in keeping with the state's "Stay Safe At Home" order and in the interest of doing our part to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we must take a short intermission before restarting the season. Please see the information below concerning tickets and other questions you might have at this time. For the most up-to-date concert information, be sure to check back often. To receive concert info and important ASO updates straight to your inbox, be sure to sign up for our email newsletter.

Ticketing Information

If you are a ticket-holder to one or both of the postponed concerts, please hold onto your tickets. To avoid hassle and additional costs, we will accept these same printed tickets at the door on the rescheduled concert performance date. This makes it easier for all involved and it will save on costs and resources of reprinting new tickets and mailing them to patrons.
No tickets? No problem. Please contact the Box Office. We will gladly find the best solution to fit your needs.

You have a couple of options:

  • You can donate the value of your unused ticket(s) to the ASO. This donation helps the ASO to continue to plan and perform concerts into the future. You will be given a receipt for the value of the donation.
  • You can choose another concert to attend. Receive a voucher in exchange for your tickets which can be redeemed for the upcoming concert of your choice. Valid through the end of the 2020-2021 season.
  • You could share your love of the orchestra. Gift your tickets to a friend, someone special, or perhaps an essential worker.
  • You can ask for a ticket reimbursement. We don't typically offer refunds on ticket purchases, but understand that these are challenging times for many.

For assistance with any of the above ticketing options or if you have any other questions, please contact us directly at info@adriansymphony.org. We are excited to talk with you!
